We ship with DHL express for all Selene Atelier orders. Your order will be delivered boxed and with a garment bag.

Shipping will take on average 4-5 working days, but please allow up to 10 days for any unforeseen delays.

To maintain transparency and manage expectations, we have established a clear “No Return, No Refund” policy for our children’s wear products.

1. Product Inspection: We take utmost care in inspecting and packaging our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. Before finalizing your purchase, we recommend thoroughly reviewing the product details, size charts, and any available images to ensure accurate selection.

2. No Returns: Once a children’s wear product is purchased, it cannot be returned for any reason. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size choice, or any other factor.

3. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any children’s wear product, regardless of the circumstances. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, perceived variations in colour, fit, or design, or any other subjective reasons.

4. Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective children’s wear product, please contact our customer support hello@seleneatelier.com.au within 2 days of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance, which may include a replacement or store credit.

5. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong children’s wear product due to an error on our part, please get in touch with our customer support within 1 days of receiving the item. We will work to rectify the mistake and ensure you receive the correct product.

6. Pricing: Prices listed are represented in Australian dollars however if viewing our website in a country outside of Australia, the price will automatically change to the currency in your country and charged in the currency of your country.

7. Exceptions: Our “No Return, No Refund” policy is strictly enforced, with the exceptions of damaged or defective items, as mentioned above.

8. Cancellation: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
