Shipping Policy – Selene Atelier

Every gown is made to order. Nothing is ready to ship straight away.

Your total wait is: MAKING TIME + SHIPPING TIME.

Making time
- Standard: 12 weeks
- Rushed Order: 5 weeks (additional fee, shown on the product page before you pay)

Making time starts once we have confirmed your order and received your baby's measurements.

Before we ship
We send you photos and videos of your finished gown. Once you approve it, we ship it.

Shipping rates and times (after your gown is made)
We send with UPS or DHL, choosing the quickest option available at the time.
- Australia-wide: $110, 3 to 5 business days
- International: $250, 5 to 10 business days

Express shipping only speeds up delivery once your gown is finished. It does not shorten the making time.

DHL Express
DHL Express costs more than our standard rates. If you would like DHL Express, please contact us and we will send you a quote.

International duties and taxes
Our prices and the amount you pay at checkout DO NOT include import duties, taxes or customs fees for your country.
