Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy – Selene Atelier

Every gown is handcrafted especially for your child, using your baby's own measurements. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes:
- Choosing a different style, size or colour
- Ordering the wrong size or sending incorrect measurements
- No longer needing the gown

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Approval before shipping
Before your gown leaves our atelier, we send you photos and videos of it. Please check them carefully and tell us straight away if anything is not right. Once you approve your gown, we will ship it.

If there is a problem
If your gown arrives damaged, has a fault, or is not what you approved, please email hello@seleneatelier.com.au within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We will work with you to put it right.

Rushed Orders
If we are unable to meet the Rushed Order timeframe, we will refund the rushed fee.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
